Disclaimers

• Copywriting: TC Branding Studio services do not include copywriting or written content unless otherwise stated. All wording, text, captions, product details, policies, and other business-specific copy required for your project must be provided by the client.

• Client Content: All required photography, copy, business information, and creative direction must be submitted through the applicable project form before production begins.

• Submission Window: All required content must be submitted within 7 business days of receiving your project form. Late submissions may result in your project being moved to the next available opening.

• Creative Direction: Clients are responsible for providing clear and detailed creative direction through their project form. TC Branding Studio will use the information provided to guide the creative direction and execution of the project.

• AI-Assisted Responses: AI tools may be used as a resource when completing your project form; however, AI-generated responses should be reviewed and personalized before submission. Please do not copy and paste AI-generated creative direction without ensuring it accurately reflects your personal vision and preferences. TC Branding Studio strives to execute your vision, which may differ from the direction generated by an AI tool.

Payments + Pricing

• Payment: Clients agree to pay TC Branding Studio the full project cost before services begin unless a deposit or alternative payment arrangement is offered by TC Branding Studio.

• Deposits: All deposits are non-refundable. When a deposit is accepted, the remaining project balance must be paid in full before final files are delivered, websites are transferred or launched, or the project is otherwise completed.

• Outstanding Balances: Final files, website transfers, and other completed project materials will not be released until all outstanding balances have been paid in full. Failure to submit the remaining balance may result in the project being placed on hold or canceled.

• Payment Methods: All payments must be submitted through the TC Branding Studio website or an official invoice using the available secure payment processor. TC Branding Studio will not accept payments through unauthorized or unofficial payment methods.

• Custom Quotes: Custom quotes are valid for 21 days from the date issued. After 21 days, pricing and availability are subject to change.

Project Process (All Services)

• Purchase + Onboarding: After purchasing a service, you will receive an email from info@tcbrandingstudio.com with the applicable project form, project contract (if required), and any additional onboarding instructions.

• Project Start: Your project will begin once all required forms, content, account access, signed agreements, and other applicable materials have been received. At that time, your project will be added to the TC Branding Studio design queue and your turnaround time will begin.

• Design + Development: TC Branding Studio will complete your project according to the scope of the service purchased. Projects with multiple phases, such as The Reset Package, will require approval of each phase before moving forward.

• Drafts + Revisions: Drafts or website previews will be delivered via email for review. Clients may submit revisions according to the Revisions + Drafts policy.

• Final Approval + Delivery: Once the project is approved and all outstanding balances have been paid, final files will be delivered and/or the completed website will be transferred or released to the client, as applicable

Project Turnaround Time Frame

• Turnaround Start: Project turnaround time begins once all required forms, content, photography, account access, and other applicable project materials have been received. Delays in submitting required content will delay your project start date.

• Single Design Services: Digital Flyers, Website Banners, Product Labels, Mini Content Packs, and Acuity Booking Site Designs have a turnaround time of 3–5 business days.

• Full Website Design: Full Website Design projects have a turnaround time of approximately 2–3 business weeks.

• Website Revamp: Website Revamp projects have a turnaround time of approximately 2 business weeks.

• The Reset Package: The Reset Package has a turnaround time of approximately 5–6 business weeks and is completed in three phases: Brand Identity, Marketing Collateral, and Website Design.

• Revisions: Revision periods are separate from the initial project turnaround time and may extend the overall project completion date.

• Rush Services: Rush services are not available at this time. Projects are completed according to the turnaround time and design queue associated with the purchased service.

• Turnaround Adjustments: All turnaround times are estimates and may be adjusted during high-volume periods, holidays, studio closures, or circumstances that affect the project schedule. Clients will be notified of any significant changes affecting their project.

Shipping Policy

• Printed Materials: This policy applies only to projects that include or add physical printed materials.

• Processing + Shipping: Printed materials are processed after final design approval and payment of any remaining balance. Please allow approximately 7–14 business days for standard processing and shipping.

• Shipping Address: Clients are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at checkout. Please review your shipping information carefully, as address changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has been processed or shipped.

• Shipping Delays: TC Branding Studio is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier once an order has been shipped.

Refunds + Cancellations

• All Sales Are Final: All payments, including deposits, are non-refundable once submitted to TC Branding Studio.

• Client Cancellations: Clients may choose to cancel their project at any time; however, payments previously submitted will not be refunded and any unfinished or unapproved work may not be used.

• TCBS Cancellations: TC Branding Studio reserves the right to cancel a project due to policy violations, failure to provide required project materials, prolonged lack of communication, non-payment of an outstanding balance, or inappropriate/disrespectful conduct.

• Draft Misuse: Unauthorized use, posting, sharing, alteration, or manipulation of drafts may result in immediate project cancellation without refund. Additional restrictions regarding drafts and AI manipulation are outlined under Revisions + Drafts.

Revisions + Drafts

• Drafts: All drafts and website previews are created based on the information and creative direction submitted by the client through their project form and will be delivered via email.

• Included Revisions: Each project includes up to 3 rounds of revisions unless otherwise stated. Revisions include minor changes such as fonts, colors, wording, images, and placement. A revision does not include a completely new design or change in creative direction.

• Revision Turnaround: Revision turnaround times are separate from the initial project turnaround time:

  • Single Design Services: 2–3 business days

  • Full Website Design: 1–2 business weeks

  • Website Revamp: Up to 1 business week

  • The Reset Package: 4–7 business days per phase

• Additional Revisions + Redesigns: If the client is not satisfied after the 3 included revision rounds, additional revisions will be charged at $10 per revision. Requests for a new concept, major change in creative direction, or complete redesign are not considered revisions and will require an additional fee based on the scope of the request.

• Draft Ownership: All drafts, concepts, and website previews remain the property of TC Branding Studio until final approval and delivery. Drafts may not be posted, published, shared, distributed, or used in any way prior to final approval.

• AI + Draft Alterations: Clients may not use artificial intelligence, generative fill, editing applications, object-removal tools, or other software to alter, recreate, enhance, manipulate, or remove/crop TC Branding Studio watermarks from any draft or preview. Drafts may not be submitted to AI tools for the purpose of creating an altered or derivative version of the design.

• Unauthorized Draft Use: Posting, sharing, using, altering, or removing the watermark from an unapproved draft may result in immediate project cancellation without refund.

Final Files Format

• File Delivery: Final design files will be delivered via Google Drive link or .ZIP file sent through email.

• Logo Files: Final logo files will be provided in SVG, PDF, PNG, and JPG formats. AI or EPS files may be provided upon request, when applicable.

• Design Files: Final branding and design materials will be provided in JPEG, PNG, and/or PDF format, depending on the project.

• File Quality: Clients should download all final files directly from the provided Google Drive link to maintain the highest available quality. Please refrain from screenshotting or screen recording completed designs for use.

• Final Approval: Once a project has been approved and final files have been delivered, the design process is considered complete. Clients are responsible for reviewing all designs, wording, spelling, pricing, and other information carefully before providing final approval.

• Errors + Post-Approval Changes: If an error was made by TC Branding Studio, such as incorrect spelling or missing information that was originally provided correctly by the client, the error will be corrected at no additional charge. Any client-requested design changes after final approval, including changes to colors, fonts, images, wording, or placement, will be subject to a $10+ revision fee.

Transfer of Rights + Property

• Final Designs: Once the project is approved, all outstanding balances are paid, and final files are delivered, the client may use the completed designs for their personal business and marketing purposes.

• Resale + Redistribution: Clients may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or transfer TC Branding Studio designs or design files to a third party for commercial use or resale.

• Drafts + Concepts: Rights to unused concepts, rejected designs, drafts, and other preliminary work remain with TC Branding Studio and are not transferred to the client.

• Portfolio Rights: TC Branding Studio reserves the right to display completed work for portfolio, website, social media, promotional, and marketing purposes.

Hours of Operation

• Studio Hours: TC Branding Studio operates Monday–Thursday from 6:00 PM–10:00 PM EST. Emails and client communication are reviewed and responded to during studio hours.

• Fridays: Fridays are reserved for CEO + Retainer Client Days and are not included in standard project turnaround times.

• Weekends + Holidays: Saturdays, Sundays, holidays, and observed holidays are not considered business days and are not included in project turnaround times.

• Response Times: Please allow 48–72 business hours for email responses. Response times may be extended during high-volume periods or studio closures.

Digital Shop

• Digital Products: Please review the full product description and preview before purchasing any premade digital product from TC Branding Studio.

• Final Sale: Due to the digital nature of these products, all digital product sales are final and non-refundable.

• Revisions: Premade digital products do not include revisions or customization unless specifically stated in the product description.

• Errors: If an error is made by TC Branding Studio or there is an issue with the file provided, please contact info@tcbrandingstudio.com so the issue can be corrected.​

Client Communication/Ghosting Agreement

• Communication: All project-related communication must take place via email or another communication method approved by TC Branding Studio. Clients are responsible for regularly checking the email address provided with their order for project updates, drafts, revision requests, and other important communication.

• Client Feedback: Clients have up to 7 business days after receiving a draft or website preview to provide revision feedback. If feedback is not received within this timeframe, the project may be closed and completed files will be delivered as-is, when applicable.

• Resuming a Closed Project: If a client would like to resume revisions after their project has been closed due to lack of communication, a $30–$100 restart fee may be required depending on the project and length of the delay. The project will be placed back into the design queue and a new turnaround period will apply.

• Project Abandonment: If a client becomes unresponsive for 21 days, TC Branding Studio will send up to two reminder emails. If no response is received, the project will be considered abandoned and closed without refund.

• Restarting an Abandoned Project: Projects resumed after abandonment will be subject to a $30–$100 restart fee, determined by TC Branding Studio based on the project scope and length of inactivity. Resumed projects will be placed back into the current design queue and the applicable turnaround time will restart.

• Professional Conduct: Respectful and professional communication is required throughout the client relationship. TC Branding Studio reserves the right to discontinue services due to abusive, threatening, harassing, or otherwise inappropriate conduct. Any rights to unfinished or unapproved work remain with TC Branding Studio.
