Acuity Booking Site Design

• Design Format: This service is created as a custom website-style design and uploaded to your Acuity site as a JPEG image. Because the design is a flattened image, clients cannot independently edit the text, wording, or individual design elements after installation.
• Acuity Setup: This service does not include Acuity account setup, service creation, service edits, scheduling settings, payment setup, or other backend configuration. Your Acuity account must already be established and functional.
• Copywriting: This service does not include copywriting or written content. All wording, text, captions, product details, or other copy needed for your design must be provided by the client.
• Client Content: All photography, copy, and vision must be submitted via form before production begins.
• Submission Window: All required content must be submitted within 7 business days of receiving your intake form. Late submissions may result in your project being moved to the next available opening.

Acuity Booking Site Design drafts are delivered within 3–5 business days once all required project materials have been received and production has begun.

• Rush service is not available for the Acuity Booking Site Design.
• Acuity Booking Site Design revisions have a 2–3 business day turnaround, depending on the scope of requested changes.
• Revision time is not included in the initial 3–5 business day turnaround.
• Client delays, including late content, feedback, or approvals, may extend the project completion date.

Turnaround times are estimates and may be adjusted when necessary. Any significant changes to a project's expected delivery timeline will be communicated directly to the client.

All payments made to TC Branding Studio are non-refundable once a project has been purchased and/or production has begun.

• Drafts & Concepts: All drafts, concepts, and watermarked previews remain the property of TC Branding Studio until the project is completed and all balances are paid in full.
• Unauthorized Use: Drafts may not be posted, published, reproduced, distributed, or used for personal or commercial purposes.
• Draft Sharing: Sharing or publishing unapproved drafts without written permission may result in immediate project cancellation without refund.
• Final usage rights apply only to the approved, completed design(s) delivered by TC Branding Studio.
