• Design Only: This service includes label design only. No physical labels or printing services are included.
• Copywriting: This service does not include copywriting or written content. All wording, text, captions, product details, or other copy needed for your design must be provided by the client.
• Client Content: All photography, copy, and vision must be submitted via form before production begins.
• Submission Window: All required content must be submitted within 7 business days of receiving your intake form. Late submissions may result in your project being moved to the next available opening.

Product Label Design drafts are delivered within 3–5 business days once all required project materials have been received and production has begun.

• Rush service is not available for the Product Label Design.
• Product Label Design revisions have a 2–3 business day turnaround, depending on the scope of requested changes.
• Revision time is not included in the initial 3–5 business day turnaround.
• Client delays, including late content, feedback, or approvals, may extend the project completion date.

Turnaround times are estimates and may be adjusted when necessary. Any significant changes to a project's expected delivery timeline will be communicated directly to the client.

All payments made to TC Branding Studio are non-refundable once a project has been purchased and/or production has begun.
