Website Redesign

A signed Design Contract is required before your project can begin.

• Existing Website: This service is for an already established and functional Wix or Shopify website.
• Service Scope: Website Revamps do not include product uploads, new page creation, or a complete website rebuild. Projects requiring extensive restructuring may require Full Website Design.
• Third-Party Fees: Hosting, platform subscriptions, domains, and app/plugin fees are not included and must be purchased before customization begins.
• Photography: High-quality photography is required. TCBS may pause or cancel a project if submitted images do not meet the quality needed for the design. Custom AI-generated imagery is available as an optional add-on for an additional fee.
• Client Content: All photography, copy, product information, policies, and required website access must be submitted via form before production begins.
• Submission Window: All required content must be submitted within 7 business days of receiving your intake form. Late submissions may result in your project being moved to the next available opening.
• Final Payment: The remaining balance must be paid in full before website transfer, launch, or delivery of final design files.

Website revamp previews are delivered within 2 business weeks once all required project materials have been received and production has begun.

• Rush service is not available for website design.
• Website revisions have a 5–10 business day turnaround, depending on the scope of requested changes.
• Revision time is not included in the initial 2 business week turnaround.
• Client delays, including late content, feedback, or approvals, may extend the project completion date.

Turnaround times are estimates and may be adjusted when necessary. Any significant changes to a project's expected delivery timeline will be communicated directly to the client.

All payments made to TC Branding Studio are non-refundable once a project has been purchased and/or production has begun.

• Drafts & Concepts: All drafts, concepts, and watermarked previews remain the property of TC Branding Studio until the project is completed and all balances are paid in full.
• Unauthorized Use: Drafts may not be posted, published, reproduced, distributed, or used for personal or commercial purposes.
• Draft Sharing: Sharing or publishing unapproved drafts without written permission may result in immediate project cancellation without refund.
• Final usage rights apply only to the approved, completed design(s) delivered by TC Branding Studio.
