WEBSITE CHECKLIST
All website information will be requested through a questionnaire that is sent after purchase.
Use this checklist as a guide to know what is required before purchasing Website Design.
We do not provide website revamps (only in our Reset Package) or work on websites that are not created by TC Branding Studio.
Transparent Logo/Brand Identity Information
• High-Quality Transparent Logo will be used as a favicon and as a “back to homepage” button on websites.
• Brand identity information includes the brand name, brand niche, brand textures, hex codes for brand colors, and target audience information.
Domain & Active Website Plan
• Domains are available for purchase at www.godaddy.com. Please be sure to purchase prior to inquiring.
• Active Shopify + Wix Website plans are required after transfer is completed.
Images
• High-quality product images + brand images are required when inquiring about website development. High-quality images add life to your websites & brands.
Website Style
• Please let me know 2 websites that you like the style of and one that you don’t like. This helps me get a better idea of your taste.
• Explain the website style that you have in mind in detail. I do not freestyle on services, please refrain from using words like "pop", "fun", etc.
Website Graphics Copy
• What would you like your banners to say/promote?
• Categories/Collections you would like on your homepage.
Products
• Product names, descriptions, pricing for each variation (please be specific and make sure math is correct. I do not double-check pricing), and quantity.
Store Policies
• Policies can include but are not limited to: Terms & Conditions, Return Policies, Shipping Policies, Privacy Policies, FAQs, etc. Please be as specific as you would like. I do not double-check information or spelling.
Business Information
• Store/Business Hours
• Contact Information
• Social Media Handles
Social Media Username + Password
• Instagram can be added to the website homepage. If you do not feel comfortable providing me with such information. I can instruct you on how to add it yourself
Booking Site Integration
• If you would like your booking site applied to your website. Please provide me with a link or information/services for booking.
Additional Information
• Please remove any two step verifications before the process starts.
• If there is any further information that you would like included or want me to know about the website, let me know.
This checklist is a guide to knowing what is required before submitting an inquiry for Website Development. If a client inquiry form is approved then you will be sent a questionnaire gathering all information above. No need to send an email/word document with information.
